October 16, 2025 – We have been made aware of a recent lawsuit involving Western Alliance Bank and an entity known as CAPITAL ORIENT Group V, LLC.

CAPITAL ORIENT, L.P. and its subsidiaries have no affiliation or association with CAPITAL ORIENT Group V, LLC and are not involved in any way with the referenced litigation.
